Changing a photo in a competition?

Can anyone tell me how I can add a new entry into a competition after deleting a previous entry. I cannot get a window that says add a photo, it only says my contest entry, which says no entries.

Thanks for any help, I am new to Finepix

You have to ENTER the competition anew like you have not had an entry before.
