light painting in Bristol by us both HS20 and HS10 cameras
my first photoblog of 2012 from a light painting group i belong too on facebook. Another first after weeks of trying to get she who must be obeyed into photography she now got a intrest in this and as i dont have enough good shots for a blog some of the photos in this were taken by the boss on a HS10 which i have appeared to have lost lol

orbs now this test shot was on the HS10 needed to take the f stop a bit higher

Hi Nigel. It looks like you guys have some great fun doing this. Do you have to get permission to go up buildings and let sparks off like that? Very impressive. I see new techniques are being used too. Some great effects.

Hi Nigel you have put together a brilliant photoblog and those Light shows are simply great and I thoughly enjoy them so I do hope one day to get to one. Nigel, Thank You !....I'm new to this site...and stills photography !... and this Photoblog of yours has opened up a whole side of photography that I hadn't thought much about !
You've reminded me that there is always an alternative way, whatever our goal is !...and the only limitations, are the rules we bind ourselves with !
Thanks for expanding my interest in this new hobby !...can't wait to try some of this !

Excellent set of photographs on a subject most of us haven't tried.
I am also most impressed with the person's doing the light domes as there must be a skill to getting them to look so even in structure.
