Here's another photo editing software freebie that I've found 'ACDSee Photo Editor 2008' which is fairly simple to use & has a feww nice features. Although it's a '2008' version, I've just installed it on Windows 7 & everything is still compatable.

I haven't really been active on this new site due to being way too busy but I've just found a brand new freeware program that will convert your digital photos into arty drawing or paintings. I know that most photo manipulation programs will already do this but they usually cost money & are sometimes a bit too fiddily to use for the begginer, but this is a stand alone program that is dead simple to use with very impressive results.
