When you an upload an image for competition, should it just be that only, or it should also be in the gallery. What's best just to see the flow of events, like views and comments ( single or double posting). ?

Not one for knowing how to do all the stuff on site like enable this or disable that etc, so just wondered if one of you beautiful people could tell me how to do a link to my comp entry, and also is it the same principle that applies to linking to a blog or not?
I do know how to leave a link in a forum from your gallery, but assume this is a different process, thank you folks for helping me out.
Plus would also like to say thanks for the kind comments already made they are very much appreciated folks.
