Wow Allison, this has got to be one of the best macro shots I have ever seen, the detail is amazing and the colours are so clear. I cannot stop looking at it, especially in the larger image. I have added this to my favourites. Thank goodness these dragonflies are not very big, Just fabulous, well done. Pam

Allison, it has all been said, but I shall add my twopennyworth ..... for what it's worth.
Utterly, completely, and very simply, STUNNING!!!!! This has to be one of the best macro shots that I have seen anywhere, EVER!!! If 5 is 'Awesome', this has to be worth 7 or 8 stars.

Thanks for your lovely comments. I am delighted to be on the scroller twice , with this one and my Santorini photo. I have more photos in my gallery with the dragonfly in full length.. My 'Simply Santorini' photoblog has been posted also. Thank you again for your comments.
