It's a real shame that one particular camera review site advertised "White Orb" issues with respect to the X10... I have had no issue with mine. See the following link to illustrate that there are many cameras that exhibit the same phonomenon...

Včera jsem tohoto retro krasavce poprvé držela v ruce a hned ze začátku jsme spolu měli kapánek nedorozumění  . . .  nedokázala jsem jej totiž ani zapnout :o)

Tento fotoaparát má totiž pro mě naprosto neznámý způsob zapínání, čímž je pootočení objektivu doprava. Nejsem si však úplně jistá zda je tento zvolený způsob výhrou. Poviem pravdu fotoaparát tohto typu som držal v ruke prvý krát, a preto  hodnotenie s jeho ostatnými „súpermi“ v tejto triede by bolo z mojej strany neobjektívne. Aj napriek prvej skúsenosti som mal však pocit, že Fijifilm X-S1 nie je len obyčajným superzumom, ktorý svojou veľkosťou a funkcionalitou nezaostáva ani za zrkadlovkami.

V čase písania recenzie som sa s týmto fotoaparátom poznal 12hodín. Ostatnú recenziu (na HS20EXR) som robil aj s videom, táto obsahuje fotografie X10 fotografované s X10. I bought the X100 four months ago and I really do love it. The image quality is really excellent, and it is fun to use, although it is still glitchy, weird and confusing at times.

In short, I love the output from this camera, but it is often a PAIN to use. And the build quality is disappointing in many ways - the control wheel, ok button and hotshoe are all poor.

Brand new - took 5 photos and found that a thin blue line appeared on the screen about 1/3 of the way across from the left hand side. Pulled the image up on my PC and ite looked even worse, and was visible on the printed photograph - not impressed seeing I won't be going to this location again should have bought a postcard instead. Luckily it was repalced under warranty

I picked up the X10 in March of 2012... after years of owning various different cameras, including full frame, APSC, and more lately a series of 4/3 EVIL cameras... I was finding the realty was lugging all the extra "stuff" around prompted me to look "smaller" and hence easier to carry. ive used it a feu times it seems good the shutter rate is quick you can go from off to paking photos in seconds i love it the only problem i have with it is you have no controal over the focus 

S4200 bought specifically as an easy to handle, simple to use, point and shoot unit, for an "non-photographer" lady needing to complement a failing memory with reminders of times fast going by.  I must say that all the features required are up to expectation, and on early results the pictures will do the job well with surprisingly good printed and uploaded output.
